Summary: The purpose of the job is to set the global strategy for Diversity Inclusion & Belonging enabling us to deliver upon our company objectives/DI&B mission and to enhance our culture.
Responsibilities:
- Creates and refines the DI&B strategy ensuring it enables our Acushnet strategy and business objectives. Leads the integration of DI&B into the business and advises on policy integration.
- Guides strategic direction and oversight of DI&B programs/initiatives including: - Leading the internal and external DI&B council - Coordinates with the business on pace of external DI&B activity (external communications plan) - Works with Talent Development to create DI&B Learning strategy - Works with Internal Communications to lay out DI&B calendar - Develops relationships with external partners/organizations - Works with more junior DI&B role on implementation of programs e.g. Resource Groups
- Creates and refines the global Acushnet culture/engagement strategy/roadmap and oversees all activities on the roadmap and drive those that fall under Talent & Culture including: - Creation and running of Mission, Vision, Values global Council - Any global company wide programs (such as a global innovation contest designed to enhance our culture).
- Lead the design and reporting of insights on engagement related surveys including the 'associate engagement survey' and the new associate lifecycle survey process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years’ experience leading Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging in a global organization.
- Occasional travel to visit other offices/implement programs (95% of time would be local).
- Expertise in embedding diversity, inclusion & belonging into organizations.
