The logo coordinator position will assist in processing custom apparel orders for KJUS with client logos that are added post-production. The associate will work full time in the logo department with close relations to the sales team, customer service, marketing & design. The logo coordinator will communicate directly with sales reps and accounts on a daily basis to ensure client logo requirements and standards are met. Working within many different creative suites, the associate will get to show their creativity in logo and artwork creation along with color coordination. This role will assist in maintaining the reputation of the high quality post production custom logo’s KJUS stands behind.


Custom Apparel Orders

  • Assist with processing custom orders for apparel with client logos: added post-production.
        • Communicate with customer service, sales representatives, and retailers on orders with customization requirements.
        • Create, manage, and modify client embroidery and vector artwork to client’s requests in different creative software’s.
        • Color coordinate embroidery and vector artwork to apparel and design color stories.
        • Generate and modify digital proofs to obtain approval in a timely manner.
        • Assist clients in making decision involving art design, color, and application.
  • Work frequently color matching with Isacord, Robison-Anton & Madeira threads as well as Pantone & other color ink systems.
  • Edit, fulfill, and bill sales orders using NetSuite.
  • Comfortable working in excel, google doc and drop box.


  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university.
  • A minimum experience of 2+ years working in graphics and printing industry or related field preferred.
  • Applicant must have experience in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop as well as Microsoft Office programs. Familiarity with modern communication tools and MacBook computers. Knowledge with embroidery and vector files as well as previous experience with NetSuite and NuOrder is also strongly desired. Have a passion for sports.
  • Applicant must be highly committed, self-motivated, reliable, detailed, organized, optimistic, and energetic with strong verbal and written communication skills. Must work well under tight timeframe and meet project deadlines.

At KJUS we feel that working from the office as much as possible increases collaboration, innovation, and productivity while contributing to our strong company culture. Candidates for this role are required to be local to the office and cannot be remote. However, after the first 60 days of employment, they have the option to partake in our hybrid work model if they believe they will thrive by incorporating the flexibility of a mixture of in-office and remote work.
