Summary: The Associate Manager, Golf Ball Education will oversee the development, implementation, and execution of key, best-in-industry Golf Ball Education strategic initiatives, affirming Titleist as the golf ball knowledge leader, and with the ultimate goal of driving incremental sales through the educated purchase of golf balls by dedicated golfers in every channel.


  • Golf Ball Education Strategy - Develop and implement a tiered approach to golf ball education ranging from training on online Titleist University platform to in-person education events at Titleist world-class facilities. Provide strategic input for expansion of “Titleist University” from an online education platform only to a comprehensive approach to golf ball education that leverages in-person experiences across the country.
  • In-Person Golf Ball Education Events - Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person, tailored partner golf ball education events locally, regionally, and at Titleist’s Manchester Lane and the Titleist Performance Institute facilities.
  • Golf Ball Ambassador Program - Oversee all golf ball education and partner engagement elements for the Golf Ball Ambassador Program across all channels (green-grass, off-course, sporting goods) of the business. Collaborate with Sales Team and Digital Team to drive Golf Ball Ambassador Program strategies.
  • Online Titleist University Training - Manage online golf ball training on Titleist University. Responsible for the expansion and enhancement of online golf ball training with the development of informative, effective, and compelling content to educate internal associates and external partners about Titleist golf ball products, performance, and fitting. Act as primary point of contact for partners utilizing Titleist University platform. Manage relationships and workflow with course development partner and LMS partner. Measure engagement and optimization utilization of our online tools.
  • Women’s Focused Golf Ball Education - Develop a comprehensive golf ball education plan to target dedicated female golfers with an array of in-person and virtual golf ball education and fitting experiences.
  • Associate Golf Ball Education - Develop golf ball education strategies for Titleist associates. Work cross-category with key stakeholders to develop strategies that will consistently and effectively provide impactful golf ball education to Golf Club Fitting Specialists. Develop golf ball education targeted to other Titleist associates, including but not limited to resources for Sales Team, content to be used when onboarding of new associates, and education for existing associates on appropriate golf ball content.
  • Reporting and Success Metrics - Develop all necessary reporting to track and measure success. Evaluate effectiveness and impact of all U.S. based golf ball education strategies and initiatives. Make appropriate recommendations for enhancements and alterations to golf ball education strategies and initiatives based on gathered feedback and data.
  • Budget - Oversee Golf Ball Education budget on a monthly basis to monitor adherence to budget plan and provide periodic updates to manager. Provide support to manager in the development of annual budget plan.


  • B.S. or B.A. required.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, sales, product management or related field is required.
  • Candidate should possess strong golf acumen, exceptional attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Some domestic travel (approximately 25% of time) and periodically work extended hours in an outdoor environment.
  • Strong golf knowledge and passion for the game required.
