Summary: Under general supervision implement improvements to products and processes. Ensure that products and components produced are in compliance with established Quality requirements. Investigate and resolve process technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design of trials and experiments to improve product quality and productivity.
  • Independently conduct trials and pilots to implement new products and process changes. Analyze data and create reports to present results.
  • Conduct trials and pilots to qualify raw material changes.
  • Monitor product and process quality to insure products meet specifications and processes are running within established requirements. Identify and implement modifications to the process to improve capability.
  • Assist manufacturing with resolving product and process issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
  • Internship in a manufacturing environment a plus.
  • Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have intermediate Microsoft Office skills to include Excel.
