The eCommerce Coordinator is responsible for supporting the creation a cohesive journey for the customer which includes site testing, conversion optimization, analysis, among other tasks. Working closely with ecommerce and marketing cross-functional teams, this individual will keep teams up-to-date on site updates, inventory levels, and product launches in order to make the customer journey frictionless.


  • Support QA and user acceptance testing
  • Support the eCommerce Team with product launches
  • Support the management of promo codes
  • Support the monitoring of product reviews
  • Investigate website bugs and initiate JIRA tickets for resolution
  • Debug product feed issues
  • Document critical processes related to website content updates
  • Document requirements for new site enhancements
  • Complete performance reporting and distribute to applicable stakeholders
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve the user experience on

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS, preferred
  • Proficient in content management systems, ecommerce platforms, and / or email marketing platforms
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, preferred
  • Proficient in JIRA, preferred
  • Proficient in Hybris / SAP, preferred
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer, preferred
  • Ability to create and adapt structures, and formalize processes
  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization to achieve assigned objectives in a cross-functional team-based environment
  • Ability to work through technical issues
  • Strong communication and organization skills


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing or related field preferred
  • 1 year experience in front end eCommerce content management tools
  • 1 year experience in eCommerce, direct-to-consumer preferred
