Job Title: Golfer Experience Sales Specialist
Location: Carlsbad, CA
Salary Range: $52,000 - $65,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility
Golfer Experience Sales Specialists will engage dedicated golfers one on one to drive custom club sales through Titleist and Partner fitting experience appointments, while also providing exceptional service over the phone, via email and chat to provide product and order management expertise that will drive Clubs eCommerce Sales. This team is hyper-focused on driving lead generation for custom club sales, and information to drive eCommerce sales, while providing industry leading brand experiences by assisting, educating, and delighting dedicated golfers before, during and after Titleist eCommerce product purchases and Fitting Event experiences. In addition, this role will collaborate with Regional Fitting Leaders and Fitting Specialists post-event to manage or prioritize orders, and also work with TREPS and other teammates to ensure Promo Orders processed through the eCommerce platform do not violate any program rules. The GX Sales Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring that the Clubs Fitting Program meets, or exceeds, event fill rate and annual sales targets in their assigned territory, while also contributing to increased Clubs eCommerce Sales to ensure the business exceeds its annual sales target.
- BS or BA Degree is required, or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years experience in sales, customer service or golf industry with 2 years golf CSR experience highly preferred.
- In depth Titleist systems knowledge, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. and completion of Titleist University, with a strong understanding of the club fitting sections, is important.
- Ability to work in office and sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be a skilled communicator able to provide clear information about orders, along with concise product information, to golfers who look to Titleist as the most trusted brand in golf.
- Must have a high level of expertise, proficiency and aptitude with technology including but not limited to Titleist Order Management Systems and Microsoft Office.
- Must have the ability to use our Chat functionality to deliver exceptional consumer experiences.
DTC Sales and Sales Lead Generation: The Golfer Experience Sales Specialist’s primary responsibilities are to 1) ensure that we are generating fitting experience sales leads that connect to Titleist Fitting Experiences or Certified Fitting Partners to drive incremental custom club sales and 2) provide exceptional product information and advice via email, phone and chat to drive incremental eCommerce Clubs sales through Titleist.com. Fitting leads will be primarily sourced from our Team Titleist database along with the Golfer Chat sessions and organic leads that generated from the Clubs Fitting section of the website and Fitting Locator.
Order Experience Management: Represent the brand in a best-in-class manner with dedicated golfers by providing information on DTC order status, making suggestions where appropriate to expedite orders and professionally administer all aspects of the golfer journey with Titleist to build brand equity. Finding positive outcomes in long lead time situations to maintain sales and build brand equity is fundamental to success in this position.
Sure Fit Hub Pro Global Expertise: Manage the post-Fitting Event consumer purchase process to make sure that any issues are resolved quickly and positively. When priority fitting events are identified, this team will collaborate with our Order Management team to make sure these orders are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible, so we exceed golfer expectations.
Promo Order Management: Monitor Clubs eCommerce Promo Orders to ensure that purchases are within program parameters. Work with TREPS and other teammates as appropriate to alter or cancel orders that violate program rules to protect the business.
