Summary: The Gear Senior Marketing Specialist partners with product management and marketing leadership to support the development and distribution of product marketing content and collateral across all communication channels and all regions. Content includes sell-in messaging, digital Go-To-Market tools, and consumer-facing engagement campaigns. This role will also be responsible for distributing all marketing assets in support of key product launches, utilizing Titleist Gear digital asset management tools as well as oversee the catalog process.

Responsibilities:

  • Go-To-Market & Campaign Planning: Assist in developing seasonal and quarterly tentpole product and creative launch plan. Liaise with Product Management team to help develop engaging campaign creative and storytelling. Work closely with Sales Leadership, CPE/Operations team, and B2B team to execute digital GTM collateral and support.
  • Global Coordination and Alignment: Manage, communicate and distribute a wide variety of content for global utilization by providing marketing/advertising materials to global market in support of product launches and other brand initiatives. Utilize digital asset management software such as Box, Widen, and Scene7 to facilitate distribution of assets to key stakeholders and maintain website/CPE content. Consistently develop and deliver updated assets based on individual regions/account needs.
  • Digital Engagement: Collaborate with Gear, D2C, and Brand marketing teams to promote key Gear launches and campaigns through email and social media platforms. Supply campaign briefs and manage brand, agency, and product team activities on content delivery. Provide seeding samples/plan to key influencers/brand team for additional dedicated golfer engagement. Work closely with digital team on acquiring and reporting key social KPIs.
  • Catalog: Oversee the catalog process and attend semi-annual photoshoots. Lead talent selection, on-set production, outfit scripting, sample coordination, product management, editing, proofing, printing, etc.
  • Project Management: Administer key projects with outside agencies for both product team and sales teams. Examples include but are not limited to presentations, videos, packaging, trade shows, merchandising, pitch decks, sales tools, graphic creation, logo creation, photography, etc.
  • Budget Coordination: Manage monthly budget activities/summaries, agency payments, and assist with MMF reports on Longview platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ college degree in marketing, communications or related discipline required.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in interactive marketing, product marketing and/or digital media/advertising production roles required. -Golf and golf equipment knowledge and understanding preferred.
  • Mostly office related work. Some travel required.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) -Must be able to manage and prioritize diverse projects -Must be creative, organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to work in a demanding and fast paced environment -Must thrive in a team environment, but be able to take initiative and work independently -Microsoft Office products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word -Experience with collaboration and asset management tools such as Widen, Basecamp, Box, Image Relay, Scene7.
