Summary:

The Senior Manager Custom Operations, Titleist Golf Gear researches, enhances, proposes and aligns senior Gear Leadership and Global Markets to the Customization and Personalization Operations execution initiatives. Execute Custom Gear Operations Strategy and Partner Network implementation that delivers the highest quality custom product with efficiency and profitability. Ensures to continually evolve and refine our Custom Processes, Systems, Technology and Capabilities to deliver a global footprint to service Performance product leadership in Custom operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and continually refine our suite of Global Custom Operation processes and systems to consistently deliver operational excellence and an industry-leading experience across our global network of stakeholders that service the needs of our Dedicated Golfer.
  • Prioritize and continually refine our suite of Global Custom Operation processes and systems to consistently deliver operational excellence and an industry-leading experience across our global network of stakeholders that service the needs of our Dedicated Golfer.
  • Partners with Global Custom Stakeholders (Production Vendors, Key In-Market Custom Vendors, IT, Customer Service, Market Operations Teams, Product Management, Sourcing) to deliver industry leading Quality, Service, Execution for market leading and profitable customized product for the Gear Custom Business.
  • Manages a Global Logo Management process to deliver high quality, consistent and appropriate content to support our Customization & Personalization strategy.
  • Collaborates closely with Product Management, Design and Development and Sourcing to align to a defined Customization & Personalization Strategic Roadmap that can be efficiently implemented across our Regions.
  • Partners with Global Product Marketing and Development to ensure all products are designed and tested in support of our Business, Product Excellence and Custom & Personalization objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Systems / Supply Chain or a related field is required. MBA Preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in a management position with experience of customer services, strategic and operational development/management and Customization
  • Personalization of consumer goods (golf preferred)
  • 5 years previous experience in a management role with responsibilities that included interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
  • Business Systems Management experience
  • Practical experience of best practice in order fulfillment, technical service and customer services processes
  • Data analytical skills
